At Montano Orthodontics, we know that Bakersfield and the rest of California have been hit hard with budget crisis, and we've seen cuts everywhere, especially in education. At California State University Bakersfield, the athletics program is being hit especially hard, with four sports being cut by the end of the 2009-2010 season.
